Bei SIMPEX haben wir unsere Prozesse optimiert, um Ihnen eine einfache, sichere und transparente Abwicklung Ihrer Bestellungen zu ermöglichen. Unsere Lieferungen in Drittländer erfolgen nach den Incoterms FCA (Free Carrier), was bedeutet, dass Sie die Ware bei uns abholen und wir alle notwendigen Ausfuhrdokumente für Sie vorbereiten.

1. Was bedeutet FCA (Free Carrier)?

FCA bedeutet, dass die Ware von uns vorbereitet und zur Abholung durch Ihre Spedition bereitgestellt wird. Die Verantwortung für den Transport liegt bei Ihnen, wir übernehmen jedoch die komplette Zollabwicklung.

2. Ihr Ablauf bei der FCA-Abwicklung

Schritt 1: Bestellbestätigung

Nach Ihrer Bestellung erhalten Sie eine Auftragsbestätigung mit der Lieferbedingung FCA (Free Carrier).

Schritt 2: Ihre Ware wird zur Abholung vorbereitet

Sie erhalten eine E-Mail mit dem Lieferschein, sobald Ihre Ware für Sie produziert wurde und für die Abholung vorbereitet wird.

In dieser E-Mail finden Sie:
✔ Ihren Lieferschein als PDF
✔ Wichtige Hinweise zu Palettenanzahl, Gewicht und Abmessungen
✔ Hinweise, dass Sie erst 24 Stunde dem Erhalt der Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente die Ware abholen dürfen. 

Schritt 3: Beauftragung der Zollanmeldung

Parallel zur Lieferbenachrichtigung beauftragen wir unseren Partner Weidlich mit der Erstellung der Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente (ABD).

Schritt 4: Warten auf die Zollfreigabe

Nach der Ausstellung der Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente muss die Ware noch 24 Stunden für eine mögliche Zollprüfung bei uns bereitstehen. Erst nach Ablauf der 24 Stunden Frist dürfen wir die Ware herausgeben. So stellen wir für Sie einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Exports sicher.

Schritt 5: Abholung der Ware

Sobald die Frist abgelaufen ist, kann Ihre Spedition die Ware bei uns abholen.

Schritt 6: Abschluss und Exportnachweis

Nach erfolgreicher Ausfuhr sendet unser Partner den Ausgangsvermerk an uns. Dieser bestätigt die ordnungsgemäße Ausfuhr der Ware.

FCA Handling at SIMPEX -
Your Path to a Smooth Pick-Up of Goods

At SIMPEX, we have optimised our processes to provide you with a simple, secure, and transparent handling of your orders. Our deliveries to third party countries follow the Incoterms FCA (Free Carrier), meaning that you pick-up the goods from us while we prepare all the necessary export and customs documents for you.

Your Benefits with FCA at SIMPEX:

• Complete customs handling by us – We prepare the required documents and send them to you.

• Free customs declaration – We cover the customs declaration handling and the export accompanying document (EAD) fee of €55 for you.

• Maximum transparency – You receive all relevant information via email and can plan your collection accordingly.

1. What does FCA (Free Carrier) mean?

FCA means that we prepare the goods and make them available for pick up by your freight forwarder. While the responsibility for transport lies with you, we take care of the entire customs handling.

2. Your FCA Handling Steps

Step 1: Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the delivery term FCA (Free Carrier).

Step 2: Your Goods will be prepared for pick-up

Once your goods have been manufactured and are ready, you will receive an email containing the delivery note.

This email includes: 
✔ Your delivery note as a PDF
✔ Important details on the number of pallets, weight, and dimensions
✔ A reminder that goods can only be picked-up 24 hours after receiving the export accompanying documents (EAD).

Step 3: Handling  the Customs Declaration 

Parallel to the delivery notification, we instruct our partner Weidlich to prepare the export accompanying documents (EAD).

✔ Your company will be notified via email about this step, ensuring full transparency.
✔ Both our partner and you will receive the proforma-invoice, including all necessary details.
✔ The customs processing usually takes up to 48 hours.
✔ As soon as the ABD has been created, it will be forwarded both to us and to you.

Step 4: Awaiting Customs Clearance

After issuing the export accompanying documents (EAD), the goods must remain at our premises for 24 hours for potential customs inspections. A release of the goods is only possible, after the expiration of this period. This is how we ensure a smooth export process for you.

Step 5: Pick-up of the Goods

Once the waiting period is over, your freight forwarder can pick-up the goods from our warehouse.

Step 6: Completion and Export Proof

After successful export, our partner sends the export notice to us, verifying the proper export of the goods.
